Volunteer at ArtSpring Festival

Every year, volunteers make our festival happen! We couldn't do half of what we do without the power that our volunteers provide. Everyone can help out, check out these fun activities to find what best suits your interests.

Lantern Making

An ArtSpring Tradition! Help kids and adults decorate and assemble paper lanterns to be used in our lantern parade through Thomas on Sunday night. Lantern Making Volunteer Training Opportunity at 1pm on May 4th at Cottrill's Opera House in Thomas (attendance recommended, but not required!).

Silent Auction

Work with a team to assist Silent Auction bidders, answer questions, provide assistance, and keep the event running smoothly. Help with day-of preparation for the opening party on Friday evening, or the closing reception on Sunday afternoon. 

Info Booth

Help visitors find their way across the ArtSpring Festival. You will be assisting an ArtSpring staff member to sell ArtSpring Merch, provide festival schedules, navigate people to other festival activities, assist with parking, art market, music stage, and whatever else comes up!

Davis Parking Navigator

Help parking start off smoothly on Saturday morning! Assist festival goers with navigating parking in Davis. Brief training will be provided on site with info on where people can and cannot park, help direct traffic into the right places.

Merchandise Attendant

Attend to the ArtSpring Merchandise available for sale at Cottrill's Opera House. This volunteer is in charge of greeting and interacting with customers and making sales of T-shirts, Pints, Buttons, Stickers, Postcard Packs, and other available items.
