Applicants will be notified of their acceptance, waitlist or non-acceptance before or by April 4th 2026
With the notification of acceptance will be a link to pay the $25 vendor fee.
Prompt payment of the fee will reserve a space at the market.
Art Market Date: Saturday and Sunday, May 23 and 24, 2026 - Memorial Day Weekend.
Time and Place: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Davis WV Firehall, 610 William Avenue, Davis, WV 26260
Inside vendor spaces - located inside the firehall with 1 table and 2 chairs.
Outside vendor spaces are 10' x 10' locations outside at the fire station. Outside vendors will supply their own canopy, tables, chairs and display. Canopy weights are required and necessary.
Electricity is not available inside or outside.
Set-Up: Market area will be available at 9:00 a.m. for set up of both indoors and out.
All Vendors: Are expected to be present at their booth/table all six hours. No packing up or leaving early.
Handmade Art Defined. All work sold by the applicant must be made and designed by the applicant.To clarify, we do not accept direct sales or mass produced items, or work that is not designed or produced by the applicant.
No refunds due to weather events.
Cars must be parked off-site while Market is open to provide parking for customers.
