The ARTober FEST Art Market will be located INSIDE and OUTSIDE the Timberline Lodge.

INSIDE Art Market

The INSIDE Art Market is open to the public for TWO days during ArtOber Fest:

SATURDAY, Oct 1st, 10am - 6 pm, and SUNDAY, Oct 2nd, 10am - 1 pm.

A $20 booth fee is required by ArtSpring to reserve an INSIDE Art Market Space.

• INSIDE Art Market space is LIMITED and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

• INSIDE Art Market space will be assigned once ArtSpring receives booth fee:

  • Cash, Check, Venmo or PayPal accepted as payment.

  • Cash or checks can be delivered to the ArtSpring Shop in Thomas.

  • Checks can be mailed to ArtSpring, PO Box 156, Thomas WV 26292. Make checks payable to ArtSpring.

  • Credit Cards can be charged using Venmo or PayPal on the ArtSpring website: www.artspringwv.com/donate. Please note ‘Indoor ARTober Fest booth’ on payment or we will use the money to buy a pony.

• INSIDE Art Market set-up times: Friday evening, 6 -9 PM and Saturday morning 7 - 9:30 AM.

• Table and chairs provided upon request. Electricity available.

OUTSIDE Art Market

The OUTSIDE Art Market is open to the public ONE day only, Saturday, Oct 1, 10am - 6 pm.

There is NO BOOTH FEE for OUTSIDE Art Market vendors.

• OUTSIDE Market vendors need to bring their own tent and supplies. We recommend the use of stakes and walls, if available, due to possible windy conditions.

• OUTSIDE Set-up time starts Saturday morning 7 - 9:30 AM. All vendors must be OPEN at 10am.

• Table and chairs provided upon request. Electricity available.
