SILENT AUCTION Details

The ArtSpring Silent Auction is held in the Timberline Lodge on the 3rd floor (bar level).

EXHIBITION

A PREVIEW of Auction items is available ONLINE starting September 1st on the ArtSpring website - www.artspringwv.com
Auction items are displayed at the Timberline Lodge during ARTober FEST:
- Friday night, October 4th, 6 - 9 PM, and
- Saturday, October 5th, 10 AM - 8 PM.
Auction Items must be delivered no later than SEPTEMBER 15th to the ArtSpring Shop at Cottrill's Opera House in Thomas, WV.

BIDDING

Silent Auction BIDDING starts ONLINE at noon, September 15th.
Bidding continues online through ARTober FEST until 8 PM on Saturday, October 5th.
Silent Auction bidding ends at 8 PM, Saturday, October 5th.

DONATION OPTIONS

Artists can elect to donate 100% or share 50-50 in the amount of the sale of their item.
- For 100% donations, ArtSpring retains the entire winning bid amount; artist donates all proceeds.
- For 50/50 share donations, artist receives 50% of the winning bid; ArtSpring retains 50%.
Artists can set the minimum bid for an item, which is the price at which bidding starts for that item.
If no minimum bid is specified, ArtSpring will establish a minimum bid price.
Unsold items can be returned to the Artist or can be donated for resale at the ArtSpring Shop.

DELIVERY

Please deliver or mail your donation to the ArtSpring Shop at Cottrill's Opera House in Thomas, WV .
Deliveries accepted on Fridays & Saturdays, 11am - 4 pm, from SEPTEMBER 1st through September 15th.
All donations will be kept in a secure area.
